Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks a must.

Responsibilities:
  •  Maintain accurate financial records using double-entry bookkeeping methods.
  •  Process journal entries and reconcile accounts.
  •  Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial transactions.
  •  Conduct account analysis and assist with financial reporting.
  • Process Payroll, commission calculations.
  • Record payments and make bank deposits.
  • Weekly bill payments.

Skills:
  •  Proficiency in accounting practices.
  •  Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles.
  •  Experience with QuickBooks software.
  •  Ability to perform accurate journal entries.

Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  •  Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
  •  Strong understanding of GAAP and financial concepts.
  •  Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting.
  •  Ability to analyze accounts and perform account reconciliations.
  •  Knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.
